Job Details

We are seeking a motivated litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our dynamic business litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to grow their practice in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Handle a variety of general litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

Participate in depositions, court appearances, and client meetings.

Manage case files, conduct legal research, and support senior attorneys in trial preparation.

Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and contribute to strategic case development.

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Massachusetts.

2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Judicial Clerkship Experience Is a Plus But Not Required.
