The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery. Key Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant litigation experience Background at a mid-size or large law firm preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Experience in financial, securities, or complex commercial litigation Massachusetts Bar admission required Clerkship (federal or appellate) is a plus Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Key Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy Handle discovery and deposition preparation Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on case management
