Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, our storage operations are currently spread across North America, and expanding as we develop, build, and acquire best-in-class cold storage facilities to serve our customers’ needs. What We’re Looking For In this position as Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities. This strategic role will combine Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Customer Experience to drive business growth and profitability.

Please note, this position is a remote role, but does require candidates reside within reasonable proximity of a major airport hub to allow for travel. Candidates must also have a valid passport to be able to travel to Mexico and Canada to support business needs. What You’ll Do (including, But Not Limited To)

Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy. Identify market opportunities, define target markets and create plans to maximize revenue and market share. Overall management of the sales and marketing functions, including monitoring performance. Develop sales and marketing plans and set targets and objectives. Leading business development initiatives, seeking new partnerships, collaborations and opportunities for growth. Identify potential markets, evaluate expansion options and negotiate strategic alliances to drive business growth. Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues and identify additional sales opportunities. Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring optimal pricing while analyzing market trends and conducting pricing research. Collaborate with various departments to align commercial objectives with overall business goals. Assess, implement, and ensure alignment around any necessary departmental changes. Requirements What you’ll bring to the role:

15+ years sales experience required 10+ years management experience required, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role Industry experience highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (or similar) or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred Must reside within reasonable proximity of a major airport hub to allow for travel Ability to travel regularly to attend meetings and other required events (average 25%) Must have a valid passport for travel to both Mexico and Canada as needed Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities Proven track record of driving sales and marketing success and achieving business growth Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of sales, marketing, business development, and customer service Ability to navigate complex commercial environments and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in commercial software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing platforms, etc.); NetSuite experience highly preferred What You’ll Gain In Return
