Job Details Provide strategic financial leadership and support to the CEO and executive team. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Prepare and present financial reports to the board and lead investment committee meetings as needed. Manage cash flow, liquidity forecasting, and cost containment strategies. Ensure strong internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement. Minimize organizational risk across operational, financial, and compliance areas. Represent the organization's financial interests to external partners and stakeholders.
