What you will be doing Oversee financial strategy, operational financial performance and enterprise risk management Support aggressive growth of the business while maintaining fiscal control Allow more streamlined operations and higher reporting accuracy by leading the implementation of ERP and CRM systems Work alongside the CEO, COO and HR department to integrate HR systems, compliance and workforce planning What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related 8+ years in financial leadership with experience in construction Experience of implementing ERP and CRM platforms Understanding of HR compliance Don’t hesitate and APPLY NOW.
