Base pay range: 300,000.00 / yr - 400,000.00 / yr Location: hybrid position based out of one of our offices. This is a full-time role with salary and equity opportunities. Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability; lead budgeting and forecasting; analyze financial data to provide insights to the executive team.
Accounting & Reporting – Oversee financial reporting for accuracy and compliance; ensure regulatory and tax compliance (GAAP and applicable standards); manage audits and internal controls.
Accounts Payable & Employee Reimbursements – Oversee AP processes; manage policies for reimbursements and expense reporting; ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
Facilities & Operations Management – Oversee facilities, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-control measures.
Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team; align financial goals with company objectives; communicate performance and risks to CEO and Board.
What You Bring as Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within the finance industry.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and risk management.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with leadership.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills; strong communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
