Role Overview We are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our growth trajectory. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, drive revenue acceleration, expand into new markets, and forge strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact, early-stage role where your decisions will scale our technology and create value for users and enterprises. This position is ideal for a sales and growth-focused leader with an interest in disruptive technology and a track record of building organizations from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and sales strategy, including customer acquisition, retention, and monetization across B2B and B2B2C channels. Build and lead sales, marketing, and business development teams to generate pipelines, close high-value deals, and form partnerships with key players in finance, digital platforms, healthcare, and compliance-driven industries. Identify and penetrate new markets, using data-driven insights to optimize pricing, positioning, and product-market fit for the company’s solutions. Drive user adoption and engagement by crafting compelling narratives that increase user base, revenue, and market share. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with technological innovations and enable rapid iteration based on market feedback. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in growth leadership roles, ideally at early-stage tech startups or high-growth SaaS companies in fintech, cybersecurity, background screening, or identity management. Proven track record of scaling revenue with expertise in B2B sales cycles, enterprise partnerships, and marketing strategies. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experience building teams from scratch. Passion for transformative technologies like blockchain, AI, and biometrics; familiarity with privacy regulations is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams, negotiate deals, and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
