About the Opportunity (Confidential Search)
Our client, a stealth-mode, AI-powered digital platform backed by a $13B+ valuation, is building the next evolution of the internet—where social, commerce, communication, and education converge in a single sovereign platform.
As the company scales rapidly toward global influence, we are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead all aspects of the people strategy, from culture and organizational design to talent acquisition, DEI, performance management, and executive development.

What You’ll Own:
- People Strategy: Lead all HR functions across the organization including talent, performance, compensation, benefits, DEI, culture, and compliance.
- Executive Team Leadership: Serve as a key member of the C-suite, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, CFO, and other leaders to align people strategy with business growth.
- Culture Building: Architect and sustain a purpose-driven, high-performance culture rooted in transparency, innovation, and humanity.
- Org Design: Build scalable frameworks for team structure, leadership development, and internal mobility as the company grows rapidly across functions and geographies.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee full cycle recruiting processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including executive recruiting.
- Compensation & Equity Strategy: Drive data-driven total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top-tier global talent.
- Global Scale Readiness: Help operationalize international hiring, remote-first policy, and employment law compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ years as a CHRO, VP of People, or similar executive-level role.
- Experience scaling a fast-growing technology or digital media company through hypergrowth (startup to unicorn or IPO stage).
- Proven success in building distributed, remote-first teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- A values-driven leader who balances business outcomes with empathy and culture.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience implementing modern HR technologies, people analytics, and L&D programs.
- Preferred background in AI, SaaS, or platform-based businesses; prior experience in Big Tech or VC-backed startups.
