Overview As the Chief of Staff of Zlayt AI, you will work directly with our founder, supporting the management and growth of our legal AI platforms. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who is analytical, financially savvy, and looking to rapidly excel in their career with the potential to become a COO or CEO in the future.
This is a Hybrid position located in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives
Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize decision-making and drive growth
Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, both in writing and verbally
Streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
Stay highly organized, juggling multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Be willing to take on any task, no matter how mundane or complex, and execute it with excellence
Assist in forecasting and business planning to support strategic decision-making
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or current enrollment in an MBA program preferred
Consultant (internal or external) experience
Proven experience in management, ideally at the beginning of your career, with a track record of success
Strong understanding of financial analysis and business strategy
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A love for process improvement and an analytical mindset
Ability to work hard, embrace feedback, and stay organized at all times
A strong desire to grow professionally and achieve long-term career goals
