What you will be doing Ready to revolutionize HR through AI-driven automation? Trilogy is seeking a visionary who believes in the power of systems over traditional management hierarchies. Trilogy has removed traditional management layers in favor of data-driven systems and AI-powered solutions. As Chief People Technology Officer, you will be building the future of workplace automation rather than traditional teams—architecting autonomous HR operations from concept to implementation and working directly with the CEO to transform high-stakes decisions into streamlined processes.
Responsibilities
Architecting next-generation HR systems with AI at their core
Creating and deploying automated workflows using cutting-edge low-code platforms
Spearheading critical people operations while building automation pathways
Developing real-time performance analytics and intelligent monitoring systems
Taking full ownership of talent lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
What you won’t be doing
Overseeing traditional HR teams or coordinating with HR business partners
Supporting legacy systems or outdated HR processes
Participating in bureaucratic approval processes
Depending on engineering teams for tool development
Getting bogged down in static documentation systems
Key Responsibilities Pioneer and implement a fully autonomous HR ecosystem that scales global operations without traditional management structures or manual interventions.
Basic Requirements
Demonstrated success in architecting operational systems using AI and low-code solutions (including tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Retool, Zapier, Airtable)
Portfolio of successful automation projects personally delivered from concept to completion
Expert-level data analytics capabilities with proven ability to transform complex people data into automated decision frameworks
Proven track record of executing critical talent decisions independently
Thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments typical of high-growth companies
U.S.-based position with preference for Austin location or willingness to travel monthly
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Nice-to-have
Professional background spanning operations, engineering, analytics, or product development
Hands-on experience developing AI-first solutions in rapid-growth environments
Deep understanding of contemporary AI platforms and emerging development cultures

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
