Overview Client Experience Director - Healthcare Client Kansas City, MO; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Remote Responsibilities Be the expert on the client’s business. Consult with clients, steering modern business and brand innovations. Lead a Brand Leadership team to understand and drive the client’s business and deliver Whole Brand ideas that solve business problems and deliver measurable results. Create conditions that enable brave ideas. Set goals and vision that inform and inspire cross-agency Strategy, Creative and Engagement teams to move the client’s whole brand forward. Champion the strategy team/creative brief and full creative process to deliver brave and impactful work. Bring a client perspective that strengthens the work. Embrace the agency Whole Brand approach and seek opportunities to deliver new work and growth for the client. Lead the overall Client Experience, including external strategic documents (Annual Planning, 360 Scorecard) and internal performance tied to financial forecasting and Whole Brand assessment. Develop and manage the scoping process to include the right department input and client direction, resulting in profitable, annual contracts. Forecast, track, and report contracted revenue with recommendations to resolve resource management or burn issues impacting profitability. Build, retain, and expand current client engagements (organic growth). Collaborate with Growth teams to earn new client engagements. Provide proactive leadership to foresee and address client issues early, escalating as needed for resolution. Mentor and manage direct reports, supporting personal growth and clear roles and responsibilities. Partner with Project Management to ensure the right meetings, information sharing, and connection points for success across the team. Qualifications 8+ years supporting healthcare clients. Experience building and executing strategic business plans. Experience building and executing growth marketing plans. Experience inspiring, delivering, and selling great creative. Experience mentoring, developing, and promoting talent. Experience operationalizing and expanding contracts. Experience developing work scopes and staffing plans. Experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting revenue. Compensation The annual base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
