Job Title: Commercial Director – Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic & West Florida, USA Department: Sales & Business Development Direct Reports: Country/Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and West Florida FLSA Status: Exempt | Full-Time Position Purpose The Commercial Director is the senior leader responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and market share across all Prime One subsidiaries in Puerto Rico (PR), the Dominican Republic (DR), and the West Florida (FL) region of the United States. This role sets the commercial strategy, manages multi-country sales teams, ensures consistent execution of the Prime One value proposition, and builds sustainable customer relationships that support the Group’s long-term profitability and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership (≈25 %) • Develop and execute a three-year commercial plan—covering revenue targets, market expansion, product/service positioning, and pricing—for PR, DR & FL. • Align regional goals with corporate objectives, ensuring synergy between subsidiaries and group strategy.. Sales Management & Enablement (≈35 %) • Lead, coach, and performance-manage country sales teams (currently ≈ 18 customer-facing employees across three jurisdictions). • Deploy a unified sales process, KPIs, and CRM usage standards; review funnel metrics weekly and close gaps. • Coordinate with Marketing to execute demand- campaigns, events, and channel partner programs. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement (≈20 %) • Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts; negotiate high-value contracts and renewals. • Cultivate relationships with industry associations, government entities, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and market access. Compliance & Governance (≈10 %) • Ensure all commercial activities comply with U.S., Puerto Rican, and Dominican regulations (labor, trade, FCPA, data privacy). • Champion Prime One ethics, quality, and safety culture throughout all sales operations. Continuous Improvement & Reporting (≈10 %) • Track and analyze regional sales metrics—revenue growth %, gross margin %, win rate, average sales cycle, churn. • Propose and implement process improvements, digital tools, and training to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA .
Experience: 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership, including at least 5 years with multi-country or multi-regional scope.
Demonstrated success managing P&L > USD 25 M and leading dispersed teams.
Proven track record negotiating enterprise-level service contracts.
: Fluent in English and Spanish (oral + written); French or Haitian Creole a plus.
Technical: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS 365, and data-driven sales dashboards.
