Overview Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Affordable Housing) at Oak Ridge Legal Search in Boston, MA. Am Law 200 firm seeking an associate to join their Affordable Housing team within the Real Estate & Development Practice. Responsibilities Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions. Assist with public and private financing transactions. Review titles and surveys and draft acquisition documents. Review a variety of loan documents. Qualifications Minimum of four years of experience representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. Strong fundamentals in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing loan documents. Prior law firm experience is required. Admission to the MA bar is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience are required.
