A well-established and respected Boston firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with an existing book of business (~$150K) to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to grow into a senior role with mentorship from a partner preparing for retirement in 3–4 years. The incoming attorney will join as a non-equity partner from day one. What They’re Looking For: Experience: Real estate transactional background (residential acceptable); commercial real estate or LIHTC experience is a plus.
Book of Business: ~$150K portable business.
License: Active Massachusetts Bar membership in good standing.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to grow a practice with firm support.
