A client of TGC is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney .

Key Responsibilities

Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, negotiation and oral advocacy skills Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate disputes Attend and argue motions in court under supervision Manage case files and support senior attorneys in client communications Participate in litigation strategy meetings and trial preparation

Qualifications

2–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial real estate exposure Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills Articulate communicator with professional presence in court Admitted to the New York Bar Experience in or exposure to federal court litigation preferred
