What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Foster team collaboration by enhancing dynamics and contributing to collective success - Take ownership of workstreams and deliverables to drive meaningful client impact - Prepare high-quality, client-ready deliverables including analyses and presentations - Leverage innovative tools and techniques, including generative AI, to enhance recommendations - Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze data and identify key implications for clients
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a client-facing management consulting firm, preferably in strategy-related areas - Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) is required - Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches - Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, with experience in leveraging them for client solutions - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in strategy-related areas such as growth strategy, market entry, M&A, corporate strategy, or business model innovation - A proactive, self-motivated approach to work in both structured and unstructured environments - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
