About The Role As a Consulting Principal, you will drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions for our Energy & Utilities clients. You will be a valued member of the Energy & Utilities Consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to enhance business processes and optimize performance. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic consulting projects to drive client success and satisfaction. Oversee project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of consulting services. Provide expert guidance on business process optimization and performance improvement strategies. Collaborate with clients to identify key challenges and develop tailored solutions. Analyze complex business data to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all consulting engagements. Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance their professional growth and project contributions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate consulting solutions with broader business objectives. Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of consulting services. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. Contribute to the company’s thought leadership by sharing insights and innovations in consulting practices. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States, with travel required on an as-needed basis. Required Qualifications 16 to 20 years of experience in consulting or program delivery in the Energy & Utilities sector. Proven track record in managing energy efficiency programs. Strong program management skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience in delivering Scrum/agile programs; Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification is a plus. Exposure to Salesforce Utility Cloud or similar platforms is desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of business process optimization and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality consulting services.
