A client of TGC Search is looking for a temp or temp-to-hire Commercial Litigation Attorney (20-30 hours/week) to join Westchester’s premier litigation boutique. You’ll work on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative, small-firm environment. They are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally qualified attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Ideal candidates will have: 5-8 years of complex litigation experience Hands-on experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and complex dispositive motions Proven ability to handle a broad range of subject matters, including non-compete/non-solicit litigation and dissolution of closely held entities Ability to independently draft motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and other pleadings Experience creating litigation-ready work product Ability to draft complaints and oppose summary judgment motions Exceptional legal writing skills and strategic thinking This is a fast-moving opportunity.
