This Seattle-based hybrid role will focus on high-volume contract review and support for cross-functional business teams. Location : Seattle, WA – Hybrid Duration : 6-Month Contract (July – December 2025) Target Pay Range : $75.00 - $85.00 / hour Benefits : Three insurance levels, 401k, plus working for a great company! Responsibilities : Review and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts (7–10+ per day) in accordance with company policies and risk tolerance. Serve as a legal advisor to internal teams across multiple business units and service offerings. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts reflect business objectives and compliance requirements. Draft, revise, and manage agreements, addenda, and amendments for both new and existing client relationships. Communicate key terms and responsibilities to delivery and operational teams to ensure accurate execution. Support and drive contract lifecycle processes, including internal approvals and stakeholder alignment. Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions. Assist in the development of best practices and training for internal teams related to contract processes and legal considerations. Contribute to process improvements that streamline legal operations and increase contract throughput efficiency. Qualifications : 5+ years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on transactional work and commercial contract review. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences. Strong business acumen and the ability to align legal recommendations with operational goals. Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience supporting professional services or consulting organizations is preferred.
