Responsibilities: Support lean legal team with any and all corporate matters Work directly with Senior Corporate AGC Corporate Governance SEC Filings Proxy Statements Investor Presentations M&A activities Joint Ventures Draft and review policies and procedures Manage outside counsel Requirements: JD from accredited law school 4+ years of in-house or law firm experience Public company experience required Experience with corporate governance, securities, and M&A Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week on-site in Hampton, NH, or 2 days a week for Boston-based candidates If of interest, please don't hesitate to apply!
