About the Position: Our client, a premier midsize Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a corporate lawyer with 6-8 years of broad-based corporate transactional experience to join as a Senior Counsel. Attorneys in this thriving practice represents business owners, investors, and organizations ranging from mid-sized, entrepreneur-operated companies to large global companies in corporate counseling, M&A, capital raising, business formation, and strategic planning.
