Key Duties:

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including M&A documents, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and entity structuring across diverse industries.
• Support M&A and private equity transactions from due diligence through post-closing integration.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions.
