We're excited to launch a new search on behalf of one of the top commercial litigation firms in the American West.

Firm Overview

This is a group of top performing trial attorneys committed to achieving positive results for clients in healthcare, construction, finance and manufacturing.

Role Overview

• Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
• Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
• Can you take and defend depositions?
• Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Medical malpractice, class action, anti-trust and product liability experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado
• Base Salary + Bonus
• IRA plan with company contribution
• Medical, vision, and dental insurance
• Hybrid environment (2 days in office)
