Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across all migrated datasets. Design and implement enterprise data models aligned with the Databricks Medallion architecture: Bronze Layer: Raw ingestion from APIs, flat files, and FTP/SFTP sources Silver Layer: Cleaned and structured data Gold Layer: Curated, business-ready data for consumption and reporting Define data lineage, metadata, and governance standards using Unity Catalog and Azure Purview. Integration & Real-Time Enablement Support real-time and batch data ingestion from diverse sources including: Shelter LOB systems, PetProPortal, SFCC, Vetco, Dropbox, and FTP endpoints Azure Event Hub, Logic Apps, and Function Apps Enable data synchronization with Dynamics 365 and downstream systems via APIs and Dataverse. Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and business analysts to align data models with business needs. Establish data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling frameworks. Participate in data governance forums and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data migration, and enterprise data modeling. Data modeling tools and techniques (e.g., star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling) Experience with Dynamics 365 CE & F&O data structures and legacy system migrations (e.g., AX 2009). Familiarity with Medallion architecture and modern data lakehouse patterns.
