This role will partner closely with IT to ensure scalable, high-quality data models are implemented, enabling clean and analytics-ready data to support business insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, schema optimization, and Customer 360 design, with a strong focus on delivering business value through technical excellence. Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable star schema data models for Snowflake. Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure only high-value data is migrated. Define and optimize Customer 360 attributes to support unified client views across products and channels. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to shape and refine user stories. Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap documentation. Communicate risks, progress, and technical decisions clearly across teams. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in data architecture and Snowflake migrations. Strong understanding of star schema design and schema optimization. Experience designing Customer 360 views and attributes. Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
