Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. Activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets, with a heavy focus on client interaction, project management, intensive data analysis and identifying actionable insights, and creating compelling client-ready presentations. The Senior Associate will also focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
Responsibilities Lead client-facing workstreams and contribute to project management, data analysis and the development of client-ready deliverables
Identify and articulate the "so-what" from analyses and present findings clearly to clients
Mentor and develop Analysts and Coachees
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
At least 2 years’ experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and Essbase OR FCCS/ARCS/EDMCS/PCMCS
Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in both development and administrative roles
Experience with automation scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in and SmartView
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work with cloud-based enterprise solutions and articulate results to internal and client teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams
Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of what Huron reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. The actual salary will vary based on factors including skills, experience, and travel. Eligible for annual incentive compensation. Total estimated compensation range with incentive is $117,600 - $171,100. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Salary information is provided in accordance with applicable salary transparency laws and may change.
Locations and Travel Country: United States of America. Location: Chicago, IL (and remote opportunities as applicable). Travel up to 50% as needed.
