We are currently seeking a Director of Brand Management with a background in traditional entertainment and digitally native properties preferred. The ideal candidate will have proven success managing multiple category licensees, implementing strong internal processes, and creating a marketing and product roadmap.

Responsibilities
A 360-degree role in a dynamic team, that will help to create the product roadmap across, manage multiple partners and licensees and assist on creating consumer facing marketing strategy across digital platforms with the team Work closing with the internal team to implement a strong process between the various teams within content, licensing, and game Manage various licensees and the approval process to ensure a cohesive connection to the brand Royalty tracking and license contract management Managing master licensees and helping them meet expectations.
Requirements
Background in studio franchising is a plus and/or experience working with a diverse portfolio of IP, with a minimum of 5 years in licensing, client management, or brand building. Strong background in brand strategy, licensing negotiations, retail planning, sales, and consulting. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with licensees and high-level executives. Experience with royalty reporting, forecasting, and managing contractual obligations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with senior executives in Fortune 500 companies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and data. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability. Activating retail and marketing initiatives for client brands and licensees, including product and lifestyle photoshoots and the development of marketing materials. You may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job.

Ability to excel in a fast paced, start-up environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage workload and switch between brands and licensees. Knowledge of licensing strategies in the kids' IP industry. Personality, attitude, and enthusiasm are key to building trusting relationships with clients, licensees, prospective licensees, and colleagues. Strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are accomplished thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with client institutions and licensees. Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining confidentiality and remaining open to others’ ideas. Always willing to put the client first, with a positive and friendly customer service attitude.
