Description Manages leaders for cloud architecture and operations teams supporting AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud computing solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. The Director must have a strong background in cloud technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing cloud architecture and operations in a dynamic environment. The role is pivotal in ensuring the cloud availability, reliability, and security of critical technology systems that support the organization‘s clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The position requires hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote work with necessary onsite presence to effectively manage Baptist‘s technology needs. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Estimated salary range for this position is $213,000 - $270,000 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications Degrees:
Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
At least 13 years of experience in a role leading a technology team, with project management skills, tools and processes.
Experience interfacing with, and presenting, to Senior Leaders/Executives.
Must have experience in multi cloud environment - AWS, Azure and GCP
Experience developing metrics & KPI’s.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (including those that may not be direct reports).
Experience coaching/mentoring less experienced employees.
Prefer experience with Management Information Systems, Training Program Management, Process Management and experience working with organizational change initiatives, or implementation of enterprise level processes.
Minimum Required Experience: 10 - 15 years
