Sr. Manager, Mktg Demand Generation (ABM) About The Role OpenLoop is seeking a strategic powerhouse to lead our demand generation engine and fuel our next wave of growth. As Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you'll architect and execute effective activation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for our customers. You'll blend a variety of Account Based Marketing techniques, paired with creativity and tech-savvy strategy, to reach the right audience at the right time with the right message. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s comfortable building strategy as well as rolling up their sleeves and working side by side with the team. Please Note: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) at our Des Moines, Iowa headquarters. What You’ll Do: Build and lead our SMB “brick and mortar” growth marketing programs related to physical healthcare businesses, utilizing industry publications, Meta ads, Google/YouTube Ads, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Lead lifecycle marketing for our self-serve SMB brick and mortar programs, converting top-of-funnel interest into customers and turning customers into high-revenue clients. Manage activation efforts for our brick and mortar customers to drive patient adoption. Develop successful pipeline generation efforts across new markets. Run account-based marketing campaigns for our employer segment, coordinating across advertising, email, events, direct mail, and more, in collaboration with our SDR/Sales team. Be available for approximately 10% travel. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are 10+ years of demand generation marketing experience, with a preference for Account Based Marketing. Experience with key metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods, and understanding of levers that influence these. Strong knowledge of account-based marketing fundamentals. Proven ability to work independently and create strategies proactively. Recent hands-on experience (within the last 3 years) executing campaigns using marketing automation and ad platforms. Minimum of 3 years managing a high-performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both within the team and cross-functionally with different departments and executives. Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and accountability. Bonus points for experience in startups or fast-growing organizations and knowledge of the healthcare industry and marketing strategies.
