Department: 10200 Advocate Aurora Health Corporate - Financial Reporting and ERP Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Remote position; primary work location will be the AAO office. Major Responsibilities: Oversees the development and maintenance of the chart of accounts, the overall structure of the FDM, development of conversion programs through communication with internal stakeholders, and partners with finance and information systems staff to ensure reporting requirements are met accurately and timely. Provides project direction during design, construction, testing, and implementation phases of financial system upgrades to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness. Manages maintenance and bi-annual upgrades of Finance/General Ledger modules of WorkDay and legacy systems, including training and testing. Responsible for FDM security for both new and legacy ERP systems. Leads development of custom applications and tools for automation, process improvement, reporting, and controls, monitoring new system design efficiencies. Coordinates the integration and balancing of the Lawson general ledger and subsystem interfaces (payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, revenue, receivables, etc.) for accurate financial reporting. Educates AAH associates on financial systems and tools. Oversees financial and system support analysts to meet system design, implementation, and maintenance needs. Performs HR responsibilities including hiring, promotions, staff development, performance reviews, and employee morale management. Develops and manages budgets, controlling expenditures within approved limits. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: None specified Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Information Technology. Experience Required: Typically 7 years of progressive experience, including 3 years managing an ERP system. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advanced knowledge of financial reporting within ERP systems and data flow between modules. Strong communication skills to collaborate across all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with healthcare financial statements and internal controls. Ability to analyze business implications on financial reporting and lead complex projects. Ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Travel may be required, with exposure to road/weather hazards. Evening and weekend hours possible during reporting periods. Normal office environment; operates necessary equipment.
