Outstanding opportunity for an experienced market access professional with deep knowledge of market access and reimbursement to build training content for field roles across the organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for designing and delivering a wide variety of training content. This position reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Training and Communications. The position is based in our Boston office but can be worked remotely. Roles And Responsibilities Design and maintain new hire training content for field-based roles within market access. Partner with the commercial training team to build and update market access training content for field roles across the organization. Identify training needs by building relationships with Market Access, Field Sales, Marketing, and other key business partners throughout the Commercial organization. Continuously improve training content and curriculum for both new hire and ongoing learning. Prepare training content to support the launch of future pipeline products. Deliver training content during new hire onboarding, live and virtual field meetings, and to cross-functional partners. Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to align training programs with brand strategies and company objectives. Communicate training plans and initiatives effectively across the commercial team. Manage market access training projects, vendors, and budgets. Desired Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of industry experience, with Field Reimbursement and/or Market Access expertise. Account Director experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in Medicare A, B, C, D, payer engagement, coverage education, medical policy, reimbursement training, Buy-and-bill, SP and Infusion provider experience, and Site of Care knowledge. At least 3 years in training roles or working on training projects. Experience developing and delivering market access training. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Proven problem-solving and consensus-building skills. Experience managing projects with external vendors.
