What You Will Be Doing
Design and implement cutting-edge academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and practical classroom success
Orchestrate high-stakes academic performance reviews, ensuring our network of schools maintains exceptional standards
Transform complex educational data into actionable insights, identifying and eliminating roadblocks to accelerated learning
Spearhead strategic initiatives that keep all stakeholders laser-focused on ambitious student achievement goals
Champion our revolutionary learning model on the global stage, from industry conferences to governmental policy discussions
What You Won’t Be Doing
Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don't scale
Producing theoretical research disconnected from real student achievement
Avoiding direct accountability by creating layers of management
Using theoretical arguments instead of proven results to drive change
Key Responsibilities Scale our innovative academic model to new heights by harmonizing execution across multiple school environments, establishing world-class leadership standards, and serving as the authoritative voice of our results-driven educational movement.
Basic Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related discipline
Demonstrated 7+ year leadership track record in academic or EdTech environments with measurable learning outcome improvements
Successful history of leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning efficiency
Established thought leadership presence through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles
Exceptional talent management capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams
Expert-level proficiency in educational data analysis and intervention design
Natural ability to connect and communicate with diverse educational stakeholders
Nice-to-have Requirements
Leadership experience in founding or directing an innovative educational institution or EdTech venture
Proven ability to navigate complex international educational landscapes and cultural contexts
Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom's 2 Sigma research

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
