Director of Financial Aid Position Overview The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing the administration of Title IV financial aid programs and ensuring full compliance with federal guidelines. This leadership role manages all aspects of financial aid operations, including student eligibility determinations, award processing, regulatory communications, policy development, and staff supervision. The Director establishes a culture of professionalism through exemplary integrity, transparent communication, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
