We're passionate about delivering delicious products rooted in Caribbean culinary traditions and are seeking aDirector of Salesto strengthen our existing partnerships and drive new growth across supermarkets and restaurants in the region.
Role Overview :
As the Director of Sales, you will be the face of Choucoune LLC to key retail and foodservice partners. Your mission is twofold : to maintain and grow existing supermarket relationships, and to aggressively expand our footprint into new supermarkets and restaurants throughout South Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing supermarket partners, ensuring optimal product placement and reorder frequency.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the supermarket and restaurant sectors.
Negotiate and close distribution deals with retail chains and independent food outlets.
Collaborate with our marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sampling initiatives.
Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and competitor activity.
Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or CPG industry.
Established network in South Florida's retail and foodservice industries is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow new business.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for food.
Bilingual (English / Spanish or English / Creole) is a plus but not required.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Florida.

Compensation Package
Monthly Salary : $1,200 – $1,800 USD equivalent (or local market equivalent)
Commission
Commission on Sales : 3% – 5% of net sales
Example :
10,000 in new sales = $300–$700 commission
3% for first $250,000
4% for $251,001 – $510,000
5% above $511,000 to $1,000,000.00
Performance Bonuses
Monthly Target Bonus : $200–$500 for hitting sales targets
Quarterly Growth Bonus : $500–$1,000 for consistent supermarket account growth or new account acquisition
Year-End Bonus : Based on total annual sales and profitability
Transportation & Expenses
Car Allowance / Fuel Reimbursement : $200–$300 / month
Mobile / Internet Allowance : $50 / month
Health Insurance (basic)
Paid Vacation : 1-2 weeks annually
Sick Leave : Per labor law or 1-5 days / year
Additional Incentives
Incentive for New Supermarket Accounts : $100–$200 per new account opened
