Position Overview: The Director of Sales is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets within their region or vertical. This role involves driving sales performance, overseeing daily activities, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience, a focus on B2B sales, and a keen attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve or surpass sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive sales initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years managing sales teams. Proven success in B2B sales, especially within HCM or related industries. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
