Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - HYBRID 2 DAYS REMOTE

Job Description:
In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a range of student-focused and diversity-driven programs aimed at empowering future professionals. You'll also manage board governance, fundraising strategy, and operations for an affiliated charitable foundation. This role blends program leadership with community engagement, communications, and donor relations—making it ideal for a strategic and compassionate leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Diversity & Inclusion Programming (60%)
Direct internship readiness and mentorship programs supporting underrepresented student populations.
Strengthen alumni and community engagement through targeted programming and communications.
Lead professional development initiatives for early-career professionals through strategic partnerships and tailored content.
Oversee diversity-focused scholarships and grants, donor relationships, event logistics, and committee support.
Collaborate with marketing to craft messaging and promotions for diversity initiatives across platforms.
Track and analyze demographic and participation data to inform programming.
Student Pipeline & Outreach (10%)
Develop and execute strategies to engage high school and college students in the accounting profession.
Manage recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives for student members
Oversee event planning, partnerships with educators and employers, and promotion of credentialing pathways.
Supervise team members responsible for student engagement and outreach.
Foundation & Fund Development (30%)
Manage board governance, committee coordination, and strategic planning for the affiliated charitable foundation.
Lead the foundation’s fundraising strategy, including donor cultivation, campaigns, and grant development.
Coordinate donor communications, impact reporting, and stewardship efforts.
Develop and implement initiatives to expand fundraising capacity and board engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 6 years of experience in nonprofit or association work, particularly in diversity, education, or student-focused initiatives.
Proven success with fundraising, board relations, and managing external partnerships.
Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with association management systems a plus (Aptify ideal).
Additional Details:
Duration: 3-to-4-month contract
