We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Treasury to join our Accounting Team reporting to Vice President, Accounting. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Treasury to lead all aspects of our global treasury operations. This individual will be a critical member of the Evolus Finance team, ensuring proper management of the company’s capital structure, liquidity, financial risk, and banking relationships to support our continued growth and shareholder value in a public company environment. In this role, you will be challenged to drive the success of Evolus in an effort to build a brand like no other Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact… Assess, monitor, plan, and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in support of achieving Evolus’ long-term growth objectives Understand, manage, supervise, and forecast all aspects of cash flow Forecast weekly cash requirements and execute financing decisions Manage cash investment portfolio, including debt and investments of existing cash. Direct and monitor all banking activities, including Global banking relationships/accounts, investments, debt, and credit lines Prepare and monitor, in coordination with accounting and financial planning and analysis teams, cash flow forecast and associated financial models Review and monitor foreign exchange exposure and recommend cash management/hedging policies to support the most efficient use of cash Evaluate and develop cash management systems in coordination with accounting to ensure an accurate understanding and visibility of cash balances daily Responsible for compliance and reporting around cash and debt, including covenants and SOX controls Partner with accounting to manage working capital and monitor working capital activities, including receivables, payables, and inventory Define strategy for and manage all banking services and fees, including credit card processing fees and corporate credit card program, to optimize services and costs Drive automation and process improvements in cash management processes Provide support for strategic deals and mergers and acquisitions as needed Support annual and long-range planning process for cash Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Some travel may be required Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team… Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of progressive treasury experience Experience with direct management of banking relationships Experience with cash flow forecasting Familiarity with GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX compliance as it pertains to treasury Experience at a publicly traded company Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders Start-up mentality: You have the mind to develop strategy but are not afraid to get into the weeds when needed. Preferred Qualifications… MBA CFA CTP Compensation & Total Rewards This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan; terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
