Lead the UX vision across a diverse product portfolio, from powerful B2B workflows to elegant, intuitive B2C health and financial experiences, with a bold roadmap toward AI-powered, agentic design. Be a hands-on design leader in a player-coach role, contributing high-impact design work while mentoring a growing team and championing a unified, scalable design system. Accelerate innovation using cutting-edge tools like Figma AI and UXPin to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on next-generation experiences. Drive user-centered excellence through a blend of qualitative research, data analytics, and journey mapping to uncover insights that inform smarter, more delightful experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to align UX with product strategy, agile development, and strategic business goals. Build and scale the UX function by defining operating models, performance metrics, and the team structure needed to deliver exceptional design impact as the company grows.

Essential Skills For Creating a Lasting Impact

Abilities: Proven ability to lead and execute UX design for complex enterprise and consumer applications, combining deep expertise in user-centered methodologies with hands-on design skills, strategic leadership, and experience integrating AI into modern design workflows. Experience: 10+ years of UX and product design experience in SaaS or platform-based environments, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior IC role. Education: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree a strong plus. Location: 25% in office hybrid in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee.
