Visit us here to learn more about A&M’s Financial Services Industry group. Responsibilities Lead engagements end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment of project delivery with client expectations and strategic goals. Drive strategic problem-solving, synthesizing data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings and value-driven insights to senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Support business development, including proposal development, client pitches, and identifying new whitespace opportunities. Shape client agendas, using your industry perspective and strategic acumen to influence outcomes. Develop IP and thought leadership, staying ahead of industry shifts in fintech, AI, and digital innovation. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing hands-on coaching and helping cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture. Contribute to firm growth by bringing new ideas, building capabilities, and expanding our footprint in the Financial Services sector. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably at a top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or equivalent) supporting Wealth Management, Asset Management or Private Equity clients. Leadership in one or more domains: Growth strategy & business model innovation; Cost transformation & operational performance; Deal strategy (due diligence, PMI, carve-outs, 100-day plans); Pricing strategy & revenue optimization; Data, digital, and platform modernization; Emerging tech (AI, analytics, digital product strategy). Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and complex projects. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with strong storytelling and executive presence. Analytical strength and comfort working through unstructured challenges and ambiguous data. Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate insight into impact. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment in the United States. Role is a hybrid, in-office position based in New York or Boston. Additional Information Salary range is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
