This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and strong sales expertise in the B2B healthcare industry. DRI provides full CRM, training, learning management software, marketing, team development, and strategic planning. There is a large residual income opportunity as we work together to build a team under you. Responsibilities Sales & Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage outside sales, and utilize tools like Salesforce to track progress and optimize performance. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a sales team, with potential to grow your team and generate additional income from their efforts. Exclusive Territory Ownership: Own and grow an exclusive territory as the company expands nationally. Training & Support: Participate in comprehensive training, receive ongoing support, and access marketing materials and CRM systems. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with background in outside sales or territory management. Skills: Strong leadership, sales acumen, negotiation skills, and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Compensation Expectation: Uncapped commission structure with potential annual income of $200K-$750K+ depending on performance. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr – $700,000.00/yr. Large residual income potential and uncapped income based on marketing efforts. There is an initial one-time territory investment with no ongoing fees, and there is the potential for significant income growth as the business expands.
