What We’re Looking For
Active West Virginia Bar license (Pennsylvania Bar admission is a major plus!)
0-5 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
Previous work in energy and mineral resources law
Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts
Your Key Responsibilities
Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
