We’re looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. We offer competitive pay and practical benefits for employees and their families.
What we’re looking for (qualifications)
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, enterprise automation, and enterprise AI is preferred.
- Proficiency with the Atomicwork platform or technical expertise with other cloud software solutions.
- Expertise in territory management, including pipeline building and executing strategies with Sales counterparts.
- Experience collaborating effectively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as necessary.
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
- Serve as a technical and domain expert for the Employee Workflows product suite, supporting product sales during the sales cycle.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how our solutions align with their needs.
- Address product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Atomicwork colleagues.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for the roadmap and outcome agreement.
- Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that could add value and better meet customer needs.
