You'll be the key architect of our global brand transformation —leading strategy, storytelling, and execution across every touchpoint. You'll ensure everything we say and do is insight-led, emotionally compelling, and aligned to our business goals.
As a member of the marketing leadership team, you'll work directly with our CEO, CMO, and executive partners to shape a brand that's as bold and innovative as the customers we serve.
You'll bring a mix of strategic leadership , conceptual excellence , and executional rigor —and have experience doing it at the highest levels, both at top-tier creative agencies and/or within leading consumer or SMB tech companies .
You will oversee brand expression across campaigns, digital experiences, video, product, social, content, and experiential—developing ideas that break through and build lasting emotional connection. What you'll do:
Creative Vision & Brand Storytelling
Define and evolve Constant Contact's brand value proposition, identity, and creative vision across all channels and mediums.
Lead conceptual development of integrated campaigns, brand platforms, and digital-first experiences that are breakthrough, effective, and on-brand.
Craft storytelling frameworks that resonate with our core audiences—entrepreneurs, SMB, nonprofit leaders—and bring humanity and empathy to tech.
Leadership & Team Development
Partner with international markets on delivering one Global brand that shows up with consistency. Define operating mechanisms to execute globally with the international teams.
Lead and inspire a high-performing in-house creative team across art direction, design, copy, video, motion, UX, UI and production.
Recruit top talent, foster a culture of craft and excellence, and mentor rising creative leaders.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Executive teams to integrate creative into company-wide initiatives.
Agency & Production Oversight
Manage and partner with world-class creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to scale quality and capacity.
Set creative briefs, review concepts, and ensure all creative meets brand standards and business objectives.
Serve as executive creative sponsor on large-scale productions, integrated campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Brand Stewardship & Consistency
Ensure a cohesive visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints—from website and ads to product UI and customer onboarding.
Own and evolve the brand guidelines, creative toolkits, and messaging frameworks used by internal and external teams.
Drive brand consistency while enabling creative flexibility across formats and segments.
Innovation & Awards-Worthy Work
Push the boundaries of creative execution—exploring new formats, emerging media, and culturally relevant content.
Champion a bold, award-winning creative culture that strives for originality, craft, and impact.
Establish Constant Contact as a recognized global creative leader in the SMB, SaaS, and martech categories.
Use AI as a partner to execute, scale, and test creative and campaigns and drive efficiency.
Data and Performance Orientation
Work with the head of brand strategy and IMC to define the brand measurement frameworks
Deliver against brand and growth goals
Who you are:
15+ years of creative leadership experience with a mix of top-tier agency and in-house brand experience.
A portfolio that includes award-winning, strategically grounded work across digital, video, brand campaigns, and product storytelling.
Deep experience developing and scaling consumer and/or SMB-facing brands.
Proven success leading large creative teams and mentoring high-performing talent.
Expertise in working across disciplines: copy, design, video, experiential, and product marketing.
Sharp creative instincts with a strong grasp of data, business goals, and customer insight.
Exceptional storytelling skills and the executive presence to influence at the C-level.
A curious, culture-savvy thinker who thrives on building from the ground up and setting a new creative standard.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees
$180,000—$225,000 USD
