In this role, you'll collaborate with underwriters and leaders, bringing innovative insights and having a voice in key decisions. There are ample opportunities for career growth in various directions.
Your primary responsibilities include underwriting and pursuing new business, servicing brokerage partners on an account basis, and serving as a key member of the Hartford Financial Lines regional team. The focus is on management and professional liability products for financial institutions, including directors & officers liability, E&O, fiduciary, and employment practices liability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years management liability underwriting experience for Senior Underwriter; financial institutions experience preferred
5+ years management liability underwriting for Executive Underwriter; financial institutions experience preferred
Proven relationship management skills

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Brea, CA; San Francisco, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; Greenwood Village, CO; Frisco, TX; Bloomington, MN. Typically in-office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Compensation: Base salary range is $101,200 - $192,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and recognition.
