A day in the life
As the Executive Vice President, Business Process on the Operations team, you will lead our efforts to transform and improve how we operate. You will drive innovation, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all parts of the company. You will develop strategies to optimize processes, work closely with senior leaders to ensure changes align with our goals, and leverage new technologies like automation and AI to increase efficiency. You will build and lead a talented team, manage change across the organization, and keep stakeholders informed about how these initiatives boost performance.
Responsibilities Lead business process transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Drive innovation and streamline workflows to optimize operations.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with senior leaders and manage cross-functional change initiatives.
Leverage technologies such as automation and AI to improve system efficiency.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
Communicate progress and impact to stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications 15 years in business process management, operational leadership, or related roles with a track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
Technology proficiency with experience managing scaled integrations and conversions, specifically Applied Epic.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar frameworks.
Experience with digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum of 10 years of insurance agency / brokerage experience.
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent, ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation and application The applicable base salary range for this role is $98,400 to $183,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and applicable minimum wage requirements. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
