We are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Associate to advocate for clients in cases related to sexual harassment and discrimination, providing them with guidance to navigate legal challenges with confidence.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in FEHA-related employment matters, with a focus on sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Provide clear guidance and ongoing communication to clients throughout the case lifecycle.
Manage a portfolio of cases, track deadlines, and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel.
Collaborate with a team to develop strategy and advocate effectively in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice law in California.
At least 7 years of specialized experience in employment law, focusing on sexual harassment and discrimination.
Deep knowledge of California employment legislation and FEHA standards.
Outstanding skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
Client-centered approach with empathy and care.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00
Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with potential to relocate to Seattle, Washington.
Flexible work location options: In-person / Remote
