Role Summary The Fixed Income Associate Analyst program is a 3-5 year structured program offering extensive mentorship and training, designed to develop future credit investors. Responsibilities Diverse responsibilities including transaction and sector-related research projects, extensive financial analysis, and collaboration with analysts, portfolio managers, and traders Opportunity to interact with senior management teams across an array of CLO and securitized credit issuers Daily opportunity to learn directly from our senior investment professionals Expectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process Strong support for pursuing the CFA designation Competitive compensation with significant upside potential for high performers Exceptional performers have the potential to be promoted to Fixed Income Research Analyst Qualifications Required: Bachelor\'s Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred 1+ year of professional work experience Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills Preferred: Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity Knowledge of securitized credit and CLOs Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth research which can be additive to the investment process Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Prior experience with databases and SQL is a plus Progress toward CFA designation is a plus FINRA Requirements: FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility: This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Base Salary Ranges: Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity. $110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers; $110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.; $110,000.00-$140,000.00 for the location of: New York, California. Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
