This hybrid role supports our CEO in steering MODVentures through our next phase of strategic growth. The right candidate will balance financial foresight with operational execution, bringing rigor, clarity, and momentum to our growing firm. Key Responsibilities CFO Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain financial models, cash flow forecasts, and long-range plans. • Conduct margin analysis, service line profitability reviews, and scenario planning. • Guide budgeting, pricing strategy, and strategic capital investments. • Support growth planning with financial insights and risk analysis. COO Responsibilities: • Lead operational planning and execution: workflows, systems, and resource management. • Build operational KPIs and dashboards to track performance and utilization. • Optimize project delivery, internal processes, and service scalability. • Support the CEO with team structure, hiring roadmap, and cross-departmental alignment.
