The Global Head of Sales Acceleration, Headsets will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives for Logitech’s headset product line globally. In this role you will focus and drive: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market share for Logitech’s headset products. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and product roadmaps. Market and Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the headset industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Act as a key advocate for Logitech’s headset products, leveraging industry insights to influence product development and positioning. Act as an evangelist and subject matter expert at customer, partner and industry events Sales and Business Development: Manage the Product Overlay Specialist team which drives high-level sales activities and business development efforts to secure key accounts and expand market presence. The Product Overlay Specialist team will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with major customers, partners, and industry influencers to foster business growth and long-term partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product features, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Provide feedback and insights to product development teams to shape future product offerings based on market demands and customer feedback. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer acquisition. Develop and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes. Strategic Planning and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards achieving sales targets and business objectives. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Extensive knowledge of headset technology, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and key stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and/ or product management roles within the headset or related technology industry. Location: This position can be based in the US East Coast or in Europe. Compensation: This position offers an annual OTE salary typically between $180,000 and $325,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
