SEV Laser has 40+ locations all over the country and is currently expanding! With the partnership of our amazing team, we are able to expand across the nation. As our company grows rapidly, we offer exciting career opportunities in leadership roles. Becoming a Team Member: We’re looking for a hands-on leader to serve as Head of Development, overseeing site sourcing, real estate negotiations, and construction execution across the U.S. You’ll be building the future of SEV—one office at a time—working directly with a small but dedicated internal team and trusted external partners. This role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the experience and drive to scale a high-growth brand without layers of red tape. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end real estate strategy for new office locations nationwide. Source, evaluate, and secure high-potential retail spaces aligned with SEV brand standards and client demographics. Leverage data-driven tools such as Buxton or similar for market analysis and site selection. Lead LOI and lease negotiations in partnership with legal and executive teams. Build strong broker relationships and gather local market intelligence in key growth regions. Construction & Design Execution Manage construction projects from pre-construction through opening day. Oversee external contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. Drive cost efficiencies in design and construction without compromising aesthetic and client experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency and operational readiness. Implement scalable tools and processes for project tracking, cost control, and site readiness. Lead with a hands-on approach—this is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. Build and mentor a lean internal team while managing a network of brokers and vendors. Report regularly to the CEO on pipeline, timelines, risks, and opportunities. Identify strategies to accelerate expansion and improve build efficiency. Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations at all sites. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in multi-unit real estate development, preferably in retail, wellness, or hospitality. Proven track record managing new site pipelines and overseeing 20+ builds across multiple states. Strong background in lease negotiation, landlord management, and construction oversight. Experience with tools like Buxton, Placer.ai, or similar for market and site analysis. Familiarity with key US markets. Success in reducing design and construction costs while maintaining brand standards. Self-starter with excellent judgment, hustle, and a get-it-done attitude. Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team where multiple roles are common. Ability to travel nationally and lead projects in-market as needed. Nice to Have: Experience scaling a consumer brand or wellness concept. Background in architecture, construction management, or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary. Benefits include discounts on services, and a 401(k). Location & Flexibility: This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., preferably near a SEV studio for field connectivity. Why SEV: We’re expanding our physical footprint to reflect our brand’s quality, beauty, and ambition. If you’re energized by growth and willing to get your hands dirty, we’d love to meet you. The pay range for this role is: USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year (Remote, United States).
